About us
Miller Metcalfe can trace its origins as far back as 1891; first trading as Thomas Crompton and Son; a long standing practice of estate agents and surveyors, with offices in Horwich and Wood Street.
Miller Metcalfe prides itself on delivering a superlative service and achieving outstanding results. Our Customer Service department benchmarks client feedback to establish what our clients really thought of the service provided to them. Currently, we have either met or exceeded 95% of client's expectations on Residential property completions. Fantasic Sevice - Highly Reccommend
I was nervous at first appointing a surveyor however, Miller Metcalfe put my mind at ease from the start. They gave me some great advice, were professional and pleasant. The surveyor turned up when he said he would, did a very concise report and then gave me some great feedback that ended up saving me over £5000 on my property purchase. Could not recommend a Building Survey enough and Miller Metcalfe were fantastic.
