Poor service

They huff and puff when asked for more than one flavour icing on border of their giant cookies or any slight detail and you have to remind them that these designs are in fact advertised on their website, for them to finally agree to doing it. You would think they were making you the product for free and not in fact charging a hefty price. They then go on about prices going up and how you as the customer are lucky; this is extremely unprofessional and the prices are already very steap for what you get. They always get your orders mixed up and put wrong flavour icing on giant cookies as well as getting messages wrong. They never ring you if any problems and just go freestyle on your supposedly 'personalised' cookie. It is personalised alright but just by them and not you. If you want a cookie with a surprise filling/topping/message or flavour/beans or no beans than this is the place for you!
