My name is Charlie Singh ( DIP HYP DIP SMRB) and I am the creator of Mind Verses (2020), a therapeutic practice that combines the immense power of Hypnotherapy and Mind Coaching.

My focus is on helping you to become the best version of yourself. The practice is based on trust, confidentiality, empathy and honesty. I will be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. It is about your effort in this process which I just assist and guide towards better possibilities.

Be it Anxiety, Stress, Fears and Phobias or helping to break a habbit, I have been trained to help you manage and live better bother in your personal or work life.

Help to Manage Anxiety

Mental health issues are paramount now more than ever. Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that many people can experience at some point of their lives. Many people suffer with different forms of anxiety at home, socially or in the work place. Through mind-verses, I aim to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.

I know from personal experience that anxiety can take many forms and present itself in us differently. The clients I have seen range from Business Mangers to Lorry drivers and other service orientated job roles, such as teachers.

Common anxiety signs and physical symptoms include:

Feeling nervous, restless or tense
panic attacks / panic disorder
Having a sense of impending danger, panic or doom
Palpitations
Breathing rapidly (hyperventilation)
Sweating
Trembling
Feeling weak or tired
Trouble concentrating or thinking about anything other than the present worry
Insomnia
Experiencing gastrointestinal (GI) problems
Having difficulty controlling worry
loss of libido
Having the urge to avoid things that trigger anxiety
Agoraphobia

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is not magic and it doesn't take control of you in a manner that you are not conscious of what you say or do. It is not a magic fix but it is powerful, proven and a great tool in therapy.

Cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy is the main evidence-based approach to hypnotherapy. It offers powerful techniques to help with a wide range of both emotional issues and physical ailments. Devised to handle your challenges by changing the way you behave and think, cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy will train you to handle your problems in a constructive and more helpful way by incorporating hypnosis with cognitive behavioural therapy.
