I studied Psychotherapy and counselling and became a bit disillusioned because I wanted to find solutions instead of going over problems. I am now a life coach, counsellor and a stress management coach. I believe that if you can change the way your mind works and the way you think, you can change your life for the better. I teach people how to deal with stress with mindfulness and meditation and I train people to work with the mind instead of against it.. I help people identify the unhelpful patterns of thought that are keeping them in an unhappy situation so that they can change themselves or the situation. My aim is to help people in a relaxed, fun, light hearted way to find solutions to their problems.
I did not think a talking therapy was for me as I am naturally quite reserved. But I have surprised myself! After a few sessions with Mindfulness West London, I have learned to open up and lay out my issues to someone else. My counsellor is kind, funny and warm and I really feel like she is on my side when I am looking for solutions.

A weekend mindfulness course with Mindfulness West London has completely reframed my life – that is no exaggeration. I am impressed that such a short space of time can change my outlook so completely. I am hoping to book a further series of lessons to capitalise on that.

We organised practical mindfulness lessons for our staff with the help of Mindfulness West London and it is no exaggeration to say that they have paid dividends. The atmosphere in the office is much improved and dare I say it, productivity has improved as a result! But above all, feedback from our employees has been wonderful.
