Dreadful. Didn't even other to show up despite knowing we had cancelled weekend plans to wait for them. Had to ring continually before getting a dreadful excuse.

Never answer the phone
Avoid with a barge pole. We have had a skip waiting for collection for 3 months. they have taken the money and have yet to collect it even though it is blocking access to our yard.
