Established in 2001, following more than 20 years working in the computer industry, Minster Computer Services Ltd is now one of the leading IT service and support businesses in Nottinghamshire. For more than 10 years we've supported the practical and developmental needs of domestic users as well as small/medium sized businesses. Our team of highly experienced technicians offer more than half a century of combined expertise and maturity in the computer service industry.
From our IT Service Centre in Southwell near Newark on Trent, we cover the whole of Nottinghamshire, the west side of Lincolnshire and North Leicestershire including the towns and villages of Mansfield, Grantham, Bingham, Radcliffe, Newark, Sleaford, Bottesford, Cotgrave, Farndon, Tuxford, Retford, Ollerton and Worksop.
We also provide superior on-site and workshop IT Services on the same/next-day response levels for both domestic customers and businesses on either an ad-hoc or contracted basis. We listen carefully to your needs and concerns to ensure that our response times and costs are appropriate.
Our business performs to high standards. We are a member of the Association of Specialist Computer Retailers, the Professional Computing Association, Federation of Small Businesses and Synaxon. We operate entirely within the Code of Practice and Ethics as prescribed by those trade bodies.

One of the worst experiences of a lifetime. Walked into the shop, smelt like wet dog, turns out there's a reason for that, a dog was growling at my feet. The lady told the dog to stop but it kept growling, I walked around the dog to get to the laptop stand. The big gentleman behind the counter didn't seem to have the energy to get up off his chair to talk to me about a laptop I wanted to purchase. He then started to mock me and tell me I wanted the more expensive laptop. Although I told him it's only for basic use. Not only are they overpriced, they have attitude. Do not use this company. SHOCKING.

Completely Ohnest Service.
I took my laptop for repair, when i took it in i had no power. instantly they explained what they thought it was, they also adviced how it could be avoided in future. The comunication was first rate. and they even cleaned the dirt off the laptop & screen so it looked nice. :)

Great Support for Small Businesses
Minster Computers have looked after our system now for almost 2 years. They are reliable and quick to the rescue when something goes wrong.
