Stay away you have been warned
Do no let your property with this company, hundreds of pounds worth of furniture disappears, falsified documents and visits, let to unemployed despite been asked not to, shoddy overpriced repair work. Find a professional company.

To say amateur is cruel to Amateurs
Only interested when you are looking at property. If you make the mistake of letting from them - Graham will ignore all messages and decline to take your calls. They invent other clients to increase the rent at the last minute. Any repairs take over 3 months. Prepare to be abused when they demand a property check and Graham will be economic with the truth. Backs down when shown that he is "mistaken" but would bully anyone not prepared to stand up to him. Avoid if at all possible

I would recommend Minster Property
When I had a need to do a short term rent I found the staff at Minster property helpful and knowledgable. Having rented once or twice in the past I found Minster property to be the best letting agency I have used.
