Mintern Building and Landscaping was formed by Carl Mintern. Carl has spent many years living and working locally, involving himself in all aspects of construction, where he has learned, developed and perfected a comprehensive range of skills, as well as an unrivalled knowledge of local materials.

" We aren't really like another business I can think of. All of our staff invest themselves in the work, and in the relationship with our clients. I am blessed to have such a great team, as our clients constantly remind me!

We specialise in garden renovations, and extensions, where we can be involved in all aspects of the work, from conception to completion. We are able to interoperate our clients ideas into conceptual drawings, and then into the physical spaces they had imagined. We love to be there from the start, right through to the finishing touches that really make the difference. We work with our clients all along the way, making sure the project is as personally satisfying for them as it is for us.

We have a team specialising in natural stone, and lime mortar products, which is very useful given the nature of the construction of many of the properties in the area

Part of the service we provide is free design drawings for garden makeovers, and whatever the job we offer free quotes and site visits, making sure you are comfortable with the job, and the team, before work commences

All our staff carry CSCS cards, and are fully insured, meaning we comply with all the modern health and safety requirements.

Here at Mintern our skilled team of laborers are able to build a wide variety of extensions, from new porches to the front of properties to infills and new two storey add ons.
