Excellent customer service
I ordered flowers through Petals in Australia, for my Mum in London to be delivered on her 85th birthday, Miss Pem's florist adelivered them a week early, and when realised their mistake delivered her a bunch of similar excellent quality flowers early in the morning of her birthday! They made her very happy and I would like to thank George in particular for his excellent customer service. Their flowers are always beautiful and recommend them to all!
