Trainer are nothing like the picture but still nice however the service is extremely bad. Sent email twice no reply, rang so many times no answer. I would hesitate to order again even though I like a jumper on their website just incase im not happy and need to return. It all seems like a post service only and no human response. I wanted to give zero or minus rate for service rating.
