If you are stuck in a rut, don't seem to be able to break a cycle of unhelpful behaviour, or if you want to do things differently because you know that's the only way to get a different result. Then..... the best medicine is having someone on your side who has come through some profoundly difficult experiences, both in childhood and later life, who has trained his mind to deal with, move on from and learn from those experiences and who is adept at coaching people to adapt those techniques for their own benefit, with a positive, calming and caring manner.
