I had a major problem with wasps literally "swarming" into my apartment! - I had been stung and was suffering a very painful adverse reaction needing antihistamine - Darren and Tom from M J Backhouse Pest Control arrived within hours of being called - they were both polite and courteous throughout their visit - they were extremely professional in every respect - they were extremely knowledgeable and gave full explanations as to the process they were to follow - as far as using any contractor of any sort this was one of the best I have ever experienced and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this family business - credit where credit is due - simply excellent - thanks to them - I'm now wasp free - Utopia!
