Took computer into Agora. Response from an abrupt lady was, 'I have got a technician off sick and one on holiday, so nobody will look at until next Monday' Great! Why bother having an open door and attempting to offer a service. No, 'Can I help you?' or even 'Hello'. More a get lost, not interested.
