If your not happy with something, I'm not happy and will rework the area but only to the carpets limits so it doesn't harm the fibres.

Not all stains come out 90% but depends on the length they have been there, there's an endless list of stains I can remove, I'm just being honest and will be tell you the chance of removing it at time of inspection.

Always pre test carpets or upholstery before using any chemicals ( do not want browning or colour bleed )
