extremely bad service
Bought a jacket for my wifes xmas, was not sure if it was the right one. As usual i got the wrong one, took it back today to exchange it. Asthe one she wanted was cheaper than the original jacket we asked the shop to refund the difference onto my card. They refused and would only offer me vouchers. This is their policy...........eventuly managed to get a refund. Never again will i shop here.
