Excuses excuses excuses
Left my iphone to be repaired on 29th January. 2 weeks later,I was led to to believe it had been repaired, but I only got my phone back on 2nd March, and not repaired at all. Excuses included the phone engineer having been arrested, and having been in hospital. Not impressed at all. They gert 1 star because they posted the phone back to me.
