Horrendous Customer Service
Awful and very rude service, I tried to return a phone case after less than a week with the receipt. The up volume button turned the volume down when you hit the lower half of the button. I was told I'm hitting the wrong part of the button, which is ridiculous the whole thing should work as an up volume button.
