Not professional at all
They are rubbish! People in the store really not professional. Jamie (their agent) have taken my money for a pre-order and disappeared. No explanation. Only an email saying "sorry for any inconvenience caused". Not answering to any call now. Really unpleasant. Don't give them your time and you money!!!!
