BEST SERVICE TRUELY RECOMMEND
I have been to this boutique 3 times each time my 3 sisters got married, we never have faced any problems the staff are lovely friendly and helpfull, i truely recomment this boutique to every bride out there its got to be the best shop and deffinatly the best service and prices, Best shop, love Hannah x

rip off
This has to be the worst shop ever, no returns policy whatso ever, staff are very rude impolite and they are not cheap, Ifyou shop here you will be disappointed , so stay away!

Rip off! - Beware!- Stay Away!-EVIL!
I brought a lehenga, no receipt was provided even tho i'd handed over $1300 pounds. The lehenga was disapproved of my mother who was pretty upset with the quality and asked me to get an exchange, my mother was suffering from terminal cancer so I did not want to upset her. I returned to the shop after doing a 80 mile journey with my ill mother only to be told I could, after an hours stand off with HORRIBLE female staff they agreed to exchange for something which was for HALF the value, I said what you're offering in exchange isn't fair, I saw another trail lehenga of equal value (which she'd originally said she has none of in the shop-what a liar!) and said I wanted that instead, they refused to make the exchange, after 3 HOURS of pleading with these HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE women and in particular the middle aged HORRIBLE RUDE COW of a 'manager' I had to pay and additional 500 POUNDS for another HAGGERED looking lehnga which had been used for a photo shoot for their website and pay for the alterations myself. oh and they refused to give me a receipt again, so all in all I had paid 1900 POUNDS for a USED lehenga with no receipt so shes obviously dodging the books too. I am sooo so cross. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I plead do not under any circumstances buy your lehenga at this place, you will regret it, 2 months on I am still upset that my bridal dress experience was RUINED by this HORRIBBLE NASTY MEAN shop and my very poorly mum had to endure a 4 hour stand off with what can only be described as an EVIL HEARTLESS manager and staff.

Crap service and orders don't go there
I ordered wedding lengha gave a deposit and when it came they never even ordered my corect size took my measurements just ordered another piece! And it wasnt the same! Said they would only do my fittings till I pay the rest of the money! Also the ladies don't even let you get changed properly keep popping their heads in the curtain don't let you have a look properly!! Do they think we're going to vanish with the lengha!?? Wierdos / give us some space ! No other shop does that they let you take your time and try the clothes on take your time ! And the women there have attitude problems especially , no respect so rude ! Don't advise you to buy anything from the crappy shop what a rip off!!
