AVOID!!!!
I WOULDNT USE MOLLY MAIDS FOR A FEW REASONS!!!! THEY DONT CLEAN GOOD AT ALL.......USE THE RED RAG FOR BATHROOMS THEN USE IT AGAIN FOR THE KITCHEN WORK TOPS WHICH SHOULD BE A BLUE ONE, USE THE SAME MOP HEAD FOR ALL THE HOUSES NEVER USE A CLEAN ONE. TALK ABOUT GERMS !!! AND AS FOR THE MANAGER SHE LEAVES THE KEYS AND PAPER WORK OUT SIDE HER HOUSE FOR THE CLEANERS TO PICK UP.ANY TOP DICK OR HARRY COULD GET HOLD OF THEM!!!!

Poor standards, and awful customer service
I would advise anyone considering Molly Maids as a cleaning service provider to steer clear. We have received both unsatisfactory cleaning levels, and very poor customer service in trying to resolve them. After two failed attempts by the Oxford franchise to complete a deep clean of our property, and unwillingness to compensate as a result (the money for this service was paid upfront, and the cheque cashed despite them being notified of the issue), our experience has been worse than dreadful.

Please avoid!
I have had cleaners for a very long time. However due to a recent move to Oxford we had to change cleaners and hence went with the "reputable" molly maid cleaning agency in Oxford. They proved to be through cheat, their quality of cleaning is really average, they cost an twice as much to employ as a regular cleaner. They have terrible work ethics- will not turn up at the drop of a hat, are in general rude and untrustworthy. The manager of this particular franchise is probably the worst of the bunch. They broke a statue in our flat (wedding gift) and when I complained asked if I had checked if my husband had broken it! They also lost my front door keys and locks needed replacing. Please-please avoid this agency.
