I am an Osteopath , treating people with joint pain like backpain, neckpain, shoulder ellbow, wrist , knee or ankle pain and also muscular problems like tears, imbalances and general sportsinjuries.
Also see a lot of people with ligament injuries.
I use a multitude of different techniques from mobilizations of joints through soft tissue tecniques, right down to the very gentle ( but very effective) cranio-sacral therapies.

We provide a tailor made treatment for your specific needs in order to achieve the speediest possible recovery from your injury, and where appropriate provide you with tools to maintain your health and fitness to the levels that you want to achieve.
