Customers don't matter
Ihave been using Moniques for 15yrs and I am very sad to leave this review. My last few appointments gave gone downhill, hair not washed properly etc. I was made to stand throughout my last cut due to 'the length of my hair' yet still charged full price. I politely asked for a manager to call to get past these issues but after 2 requests it seems they cannot be bothered. Such a shame that loyalty counts for nothing here. I will be voting with my feet.
