Mono were recommended to us by friends to help install a new alarm after a break-in. Their sales manager visited us within 1 day, provided a quotation during the visit, no waiting or chasing and the quotation was very competitive. On providing the go-ahead they were able to come and install the following day which was great news after being left leaving unsafe after the break in. The installers were great. That evening on completion there was a fault with the alarm, we had recommended they linked with a difficult existing cable running from the cellar to the upstairs landing, quite a difficult one to install. On calling the following morning to let them know about the fault, they were out straight away and found the damage in the old cable. Luckily it was detectable without knocking through plaster, and go through the stairs etc, we were trying to avoid creating a mess. The alarm is working great and gave us good advice about CCTV. Thank you for making our house secure.
