Friendly and Central
We had two nights here for a mini-break in York - there were lots of places in or near the walls that seemed nice, but were more than we wanted to spend. We stayed here instead, and it was close enough to Gillygate and Bootham Bar and the Minster, and almost half the price.Linda and Dave were friendly hosts and had lots of helpful information. They made a filling breakfast each day - it was a bit like having Mum & Dad fuss over you when you go home!Comfy bed, ensuite, very easy going.
