These agents will lie, promise you things and withhold information from you. Once you have signed a contract they will deny all knowledge of having said it, or say that they informed you of something when they didn't. The agents appear very nice at first, until you have signed a contract after which they will no longer want to help you. Record every conversation you have with them!
