Funding your case is available for imprisonable offences (depending on your personal financial circumstances) or privately funding (fixed fees available). The Magistrates' and Youth Court team handle the minor allegations such as Criminal Behaviour Orders, Court Breaches, Racially Aggravated Offences, Malicious Communications, Threats to Kill, Criminal Damage and Dangerous Dogs and Dog ASBOs.
Road Traffic enquiries are defended by our specialist Road Traffic solicitors who use their wealth of experience to obtain the best possible results for our clients. Lesser serious road traffic offences are mostly non-imprisonable and therefore do not be eligible for legal aid. Our pricing for representation on a private basis is very competitive including fixed fee options.
Road Traffic regularly include Death by Dangerous Driving, Excess Alcohol, Fail to Produce and Driving Without Insurance etc. Additionally we specialise in representation for Licence Restoration and Totting Up.

Motoring Offence

simon morton rocks
Simon was par excellance for me when i got arrested and taken to Longsight Police Station. He got me out of there fast. I was arrested for burglary but was not guilty. The police treated me like garbage, Simon spoke to the Inspector to complain on my behalf. Thanks for your help. I'll make sure to ask for you personally next time.

Motoring To Victory!
I thought getting a motoring lawyer would break the bank and I would lose my licence. Having been stopped by the police I worried my reputation in the community would be affected. You hear on the news of it being a formality and despite my best protestation I feared I would be convicted. Mortons took on my case at a great deal less than the big firms were quoting me. With Simon Morton as my lawyer I was hopeful of keeping the disqualification to a minimum. However he conviced the prosecution not to proceed with the case. Reputation restored and it didn't cost an arm and a leg.

Top Solicitors
I was charged with breaching a restraining order. I can't believe the police arrested me as the so called victim had initiated all the contact and we were still in a relationship. Mortons presented all my evidence to the court who agreed the restraining order was not needed and that my ex made the law look stupid because we were still in a relationship despite the order.
