Brook Miller Mobility

Brook Miller have been the worst mobility dealership we have ever dealt with. We ordered a VW Caravelle on September 23rd 2010, and we were assured that vehicle would take no longer than 10-12 weeks for delivery to our home. some 20 weeks later the vehicle has still not arrived and we are told that it could still be another 2-3 weeks as the vehicle only arrived with them on 23rd February. The customer care is awful, the sales person David Reid never returned out calls and failed to kjeep us up to date with the progress of the vehicle only stating that is was in VW's hands as they are a law unto themselves. When we finally had enough we asked to speak to a manager, and we were put through to Julie Coomer who is a Director of the business, she told us that if we weren't happy with the service to write to Mobility as there was nothing they could do about it. It seems the rot within the company is from the top down, so if you have a had a similar problem with Brook Miller please write to Mobility and lets get this company removed as a supplier as Mobility supplier as they do not take the needs of special children and adults seriously.
