With the Motability Scheme at Hartwell Ford Banbury you simply exchange all, or part of your mobility allowance, to lease a brand new car from a choice of Ford models. You can find us at Southam Road in Banbury. Please call in advance of visiting to make an appointment.
I think it is fair to say this is the worst experience I have ever had at a Dealership...clearly all they want is proffit.

I have just completed communications with Hartwell Ford, Banbury regarding my wifes Fiesta ST. The CD player was faulty. I took the car in to have the work done. I was told that the whole stereo had to be removed and sent away. I had 6 CD's trapped within which had to be sent away. Naturally the CD's, despite assurances that it would not happen, got lost. I was then ignored for several months, despite visiting and phoning the dealership regularly. I was given a variety of excuses as to why the work could not be completed. When the work was finally completed, the CD's were still outstanding and I chased these for several months more. Several more excuses later they admitted that the Cd's were lost and they would replace them. In approx 7 - 8 months, I received 1 telephone update to tell me that they did not know what the CD's were to replace them. The rest of the time it was down to me to keep coming into the show room or telephone to ask WHY it was taking so long. I have never been given a satisfactory answer. I was never compensated for my time or fuel costs to travel to and from the show room several times. Neither was I reimbursed my telephone call costs. I complained to the dealer principle who did address the matter but not once did he apologise or offer any explanation for the contemptuous service that I had received. The service Manager returned my call to the Dealer principle and curtly stated that my CD's were on his desk awaiting my collection. NO APOLOGY.....Nothing!!!! Hartwell have nothing to offer in the form of customer service unless you are spending large amounts of money with them.... Then you have their attention. This is my opinion, based on negative experience which remains un rectified! Never the less, it is FACT!
