Disappointed

I purchased a new Fiat 500 in May 2010 from Motorvogue (Northampton) Ltd and enjoyed a good sales experience. Sadly my experience of the after sales service was poor. After a few months of ownership, we encountered a few minor issues which in brief were a cracked door handle, noisy wiper blades & non cancelling indicator stalk. After an initial visit to Motorvogue (Northampton) it was agreed to book the car in for attention to all of the above issues. Upon collection of the car the door had been damaged during the replacement of the handle. We returned the car for a repair and re-spray of the door. Upon collection we discovered two of the alloy wheels appeared to have been kerbed resulting in damage to the wheel rim and spokes. I have since written to the MD (via recorded delivery) but have never received any response to date. I change my car every 3 years and can only speak as I find; and I found the after sales care of Motorvogue (Northampton) to be very poor.
