I booked my car in today explaining that there was a problem with the dip beam I got a call an hour to say that the problem was fixed but I found out later that that wasn't the case. We have contacted the garage to explain that the problem isn't fixed only to be fobbed off and told that they cant get hold of the part the car requires. When we asked why we had been charged and told that the car was fixed they said the charge was for them changing the light bulbs even though we told them on the phone when booking the car in that we had tried that the night before. Disappointed to say the least and £50 down for nothing!
