I put my car in for a cam belt change, i hired a car for one day as they had no curtesy car & then get a phone call at 3pm to say I couldnt have my car back until the next day as the part had only just come in. They then offered me a curtesy car with a £500 excess and said that I would need to give them £30 for fuel and when I asked them to waiver this as a good will gesture for the fact that I had hired a car for nothing and then had to pay extra for fuel when my car was fueled and ready to go they refused.
