Avoid this place like the plague!!
I needed a new engine. I found one incl fitting with a 6 months warranty on eBay. I paid double the price to go with these guys, it was the warranty that sold it for me (6 months) however this is deemed pointless due to their work ethic, very clearly I have been scammed. I have wrote them many emails, tried calling them, they just ignore me. They told me not pay via eBay as eBay would take 20% of the fee and that I must pay them directly. They then had the cheek to open an unpaid claim against me, they hadn't even started working on my car by the this point, apparently it was normal for them to do this according to the owner so eBay does not charge them. However it affects me!! (something they kept trying to tell me it does not). 6 weeks later they are still advertising for sale the engine i bought, this engine should be in my car, so what is in my car, what have they done? I have been trying to get answers from day one abut this but no joy. Upon collecting my car they did try charging more, they also only asked for cash on the day of collection, certainly not like this amount of money is spare change. I paid the agreed fee which is well and truly overpriced (as they are not doing what any company should do, I even have a warranty never mind the standard Consumer Goods Act!) I have had nothing but trouble and will be here all day if I was to list it all. My car is usually pristine, However i have got it back with scratched alloys / chunk missing on alloy wheel, ridiculously dirty inside and out (white cloth interior dirty hand prints) and I have an item from inside my car missing. I have given them around 3 weeks to respond now and after many emails to them during this time it looks like i will be taking a legal route. I do not appreciate being ignored / scammed. Nothing I haven't told them already.

Good people do still exist :)
I contacted these guys in regards to my Range Rover 2007 TDV8 my dashboard showed few times sign of 'Engine System Fault' This was intermittent at first and then it became a permanent problem, the car will have crazy vibration when excellerating past 3000 revs and a total loss of power (engine failure) Power returns after restart there aren't many people who knew what was going on with my car nearby to me I found these guys on eBay gave them a call I explained themselves with the issues they asked me if I can FaceTime them or Skype them so can try to get a better understanding of the problem which was ( really cute I personally think ) after doing this the person advice me they will get back to me with in 24hours with a quotation, I guessed at that point there not just after my money which was a big relief for me and a reassurance they know what their doing I wasn't being mugged off I did get a decent price for the job I was going to drive the car my self to them and take train back to Brockenhurst Hampshire but I wasn't too sure if I'll ever get their the gentleman advice me they can get a recovery guy sent out to me in SO42 so I welcomed that recommendation my car was with them for about 2/3 weeks I was kept updated, I even face timed to see if my car was getting worked on LMAO 😂 When I went to collect my car I didn't take cash because I was traveling on public transport when I got to the workshop I made sure I made it clear I didn't bring cash for safety reasons so I paid with my bank card no surge charges what's so ever I was also given 6 month warranty with 100k mileage which was real reassurances for me my hence why I will always recommend this to anyone else who wants to get any Range Rover TDV8 sorted thanks guys I'm really pleased with my experience and services you have provided me with.

what a joke
hello all im john ended up taking omar whos real name is fawad to court got my car back after 9 months with another recon engine and apparntly new turbo had the car back for around 6 weeks had it checked over and had to spend more money on it his so called machnics have broken a bolt on the inner cv boot and all the oil has poured out gear box so had to have new bolt and re tapp ed bolt hole on gearbox. car has started to sound like a bag of spanners over the last few days with tapping from engine and sounding like its struggling when pulling off. what a joke after over 9 months and court action not to mention the previous engine blowing he put in you would of thought he would of got it right.....

what a joke. they fitted a recon engine that blew after 2 months then had to take them court to get them to replace it got my car back after nearly a year lies after lies everything bodged up still have problems like cv boot wasnt put on correctly had to pay for it being repaired now engine sounds like a bag of spanners. you would of thought after a year it would be right not with these people......

dont use
bad garage took 8 weeks to do engine swap when quoted 14 days max told lies wasted trips when told car was done and it wasnt. problem when car was done gears dont engage. they tie wrapped parts of the fuel injectors on as they broke clips causing electrical faults brake pedal hit the floor once while stopping at traffic lights. to top it off the head gasket blew less than 2 months after he did the swap. happy to take your money and will use any exscuse possible for problems about lenghth of time etc £2100 out of pocket stuck with a car with a stuffed engine
