Affordable B&B at budget prices with a 3 star Quality Heart of England Tourist Board rating. Our guesthouse is a short car journey to:

* Ricoh Arena,
* NAC (National Agricultural Centre) also known as Royal Show Ground,
* NEC (National Exhibition Centre),
* Coventry Airport and Birmingham Airport.

Of course we are also central to many tourist attractions such as Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth and Warwick. Our guesthouse also has WiFi availability.

Accessibility

At this time we cannot offer our mobility-impaired guests total access to our home as we would wish. We are situated on a high embankment above road level thus giving ua a degree of quietness considering we are within walking distance to the City Centre but unfortunately it would not be suitable for wheelchair access.

There is a slope to our property and also 4 raised steps.

We are more than happy to offer assistance where necessary and would point out to our guests any possible hazards that may be necessary.

Service dogs are welcome anywhere in the establishment.

If you inform us of any special needs that you may require at the point of booking I will be able to let you know whether we can be of assistance so that you can then decide if you wish to book with us.

The dining area is on ground floor and also one en-suite bedroom comprising walk in shower which has a raised sill all the way round.
