We offer the following tailor-made solutions for landlords: Advertising and generally marketing the property including taking photographs.
Carry out viewings on the property with prospective tenants.
Liaising with prospective tenants including carrying out credit checks and taking references if required (these will include former landlord/employer).
Preparing a tenancy agreement and renewing the same at the end of the term scheduled therein.
We can also hold the deposit in an approved scheme for you for an extra £35.



Collecting the rent and paying to the Landlord as requested less any maintenance expenses incurred during the rental period.
Carry out quarterly inspections of the property.
