Poor Service Unfinished Job with no Explanation
Warning DO NOT USE THIS plumber if you want a bathroom left. My experience of Mark is dishonest disappointment a poor communicator. Arranged and agreed with Mark to redo our bathroom; swap my bath around, fit a shower and re-tile the whole bathroom. We booked in the job and waited 3 weeks for him to start. On the day he started we gave him the key to the new house and left him to do the job. Each day we called Mark to check the progress but he did not respond to our calls so we assumed he was busy with the job. Day before the job was due to finished we got a txt from Mark saying he had left the keys at the house and had not finished the job. He did not even have the decency to call . Came back to find he hadn't even started the job. The bathroom was gutted no tiling started, no sink in, bath in or toilet and no future explanation. We re so upset as we don't even have a toilet. Can't move into the house with our new baby for weeks now. Be WARNED a sad excuse for a business.

Excellent service
Mark was somewhat of a knight in shining armour for me - as I had been abandoned by my last plumbers, Keane Plumbers, literally on the day of my bathroom installation. He came over promptly, quoted on the job and started a few days later - just a few weeks before Christmas. I had a tight deadline to hit as my sister was visiting the following week with her baby. He worked 10 - 12 hour days and weekends to finish the job in time for me. There were elements of the bathroom that I wanted to keep, such as a Victorian clawfoot bath & some of the removed wall tiles - all were handled with care & returned to their original position in perfect condition. The tiling was great quality, as was the installation - he was friendly, thorough & he carried out my very precise instructions to the letter. I still use him for all of my plumbing work today & would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. In this day & age it's a godsend to have a tradesman that you can trust.

mr pallett fitted my bathroom suite for me he was friendly,tidy and above all on time!i was pleased with the finished result and i would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
