Poor Service
ontacted this company on a recommendation. Complete waste of time. It took several calls to even speak to the man. I arranged a date for one of his guys to come and fix my Worcester Bosch boiler which had stopped "talking" to the thermostat on the wall. Plumber arrived 4 hours after appointment time and thought he had come to service a gas fire. No, fix my boiler! He proceeded to service the boiler (which I hadn't asked for) said he had diagnosed the problem, I needed a couple of new parts and he would pass that information to Mike and they would let me know when the parts came in. This was over two months ago. After a couple of weeks I rang Mike who said, the guy who is doing the job has been on holiday, he is back now he will be in touch, that was about 4 weeks ago. I text Mike a couple of weeks ago, no reply, I text him again a few days ago - no reply. Absolutely abysmal customer care and as for the quality of this companies work? Well God only knows being that the work never got done!! Do not use this company.

Gas boiler replacement
Mikes company replaced our boiler in February 2014. The installation was hassle free,the price was good and we've had no issues. We would use him again.

rubbish
Had a full new system fitted by mike at m t gas and heating services, the initial service was brilliant but then thats where all the problems started upon completion, first of all the 5 year warranty we was promised ended up only being two so we had to fight it out with the actual boiler supplier to give us the 5 which was a painful process as mike kept promising to sort it but never did. secondly i had to get mikes workmen back umpteen times to try and resolve a problem with the boiler constantly loosing pressure, the workman he kept sending didnt seem to have a clue and kept leaving with the problem unresolved, this was a full brand new boiler and heating system so the boiler should of never been loosing pressure . i had to get this problem sorted by a friend and luckily now it seems to be fine in that department. thirdly we had to get ideal out as the boilers flame kept going out, upon arrival the ideal engineer condemmed the boiler and left it isolated as the flume had been fitted incorrectly and could of been dangerous, they then arranged for one of mikes men to come out and sort this problem as i was boiler less, mikes supposad engineer came out and fitted the flume flush but wrapped silver foil around one of the joints for some reason, i asked him what this was for and he said it should have been on from installation this was to my amazement as the foil makes this boiler look old and unfit for use when its barely two years old. i have asked a few heating engineers now about the use of this foil and they have all said there is no way that should be fitted on a year old boiler and its a total bodge job. as you think my review may end it doesnt, the boilers thermostat never works correctly, youde think once my thermostat reached the desired temperature it would click the boiler off but nope it doesn so here goes another call to ideal to sort another of the many problems iv had with this heating system. mike seems a very nice guy but never actually sorts any problems out hes faced with and just sends clueless engineers. i could go on and on about the problems iv had with this heating system fitted brand new by M T Gas and heating services, all i would say to finish is avoid them.
