Failed to keep appointment and no call to explain why.
Having arranged an appointment to bath and groom my dog, Jody failed to keep the appointment and did not contact me at all to explain why despite me leaving her two messages asking if she had been delayed. I wasted my day off work waiting in for her... Very unprofessional.
