Our patio was laid on 3 August 2016 and we are still waiting for it to be finished nearly 7 weeks later. The "workmen" left dirty, used gloves (in a plant pot), empty plastic bottles, a beer bottle and cigarette ends on our lawn. They took our garden hose and used it on another job – we only found this out when a neighbour saw them returning it. They didn't finish the edges of the path, so I cut my foot when I first walked on it - it is still very rough in various places. The patio is still not sealed, so your feet get black when you walk on it barefoot. We did not get the bricklayer we were "promised" to build the step – two of the "workmen" constructed this with the resulting step being uneven with large gaps around the edges where the bricks were laid and overall looks extremely amateurish. You have to chase, chase, chase continuously but, unfortunately, get nowhere! I would also add that Multiprint was NOT the cheapest quote we had obtained but we went with them due to reviews and past experience. WHAT A MISTAKE! We also wanted our front drive re-coloured/re-sealed but this was something else Mr Hay promised would be done and has also NOT delivered on! MULTIPRINT = UNRELIABLE, INCONSIDERATE, SLAPDASH, CRUDE and SHODDY.

Multi Print Paving Limited laid a driveway for me in May 2011 and i have to say the whole process was so easy, the staff were all very professional and the Managing Direct Mr Ron Hay was also a pleasure to deal with. I would strongly recomend the service of multiprint paving to any one who is thinking of having an imprinted concrete driveway.

The problem seems to be a material in the concrete called lignite that can expand in freezing weather that creates the surface to blow : ( We at Multiprint paving have spoke to Gary and have told him that with out creating any dramas with 3rd parties that we will be happy to dig up his driveway and relay a fresh new one for him and his family. Multiprint paving is a great company that has been laying high standards in driveways & patios successfully for over 15 years now : ) See you soon Gary

Multiprint paving and Garys Driveway

Multiprint paving as so many will know lay a great deal of imprinted driveways all over kent. When we laid garys driveway we laid it to the same high standard as we always do. About a year or so later we had a problem with the top colored surface lifting from the concrete. We gained advice from pics pave uk, Leaders in pattern imprinted concrete suppliers for the uk who advised us that the problem at fault was down to the concrete its self.
