Poor Service
After my new carpet deteriorated in its first year, Multi-Save offered a replacement, however their fitter cut a radiator pipe & flooded my house in the middle of winter. He first denied it was his fault & haste-fully left my house without heating or hot water, I contacted the office & was fobbed off because they use subcontract fitters, so I threatened legal action as I never instructed the fitters. I kept the evidence but I'll never use them again, shocking service, beware!
