Fantastic
Fantastic - this not your average curry house by any means!! Great food, you can really taste the quality. The chef clearly takes lots of pride in creating the dishes and everything we had was delicious and tasted really fresh. We received the most attentive service I have experienced in a long time which added so much to the evening (I took my husband for his birthday). Also the drinks menu was really extensive - I'd recommend the cocktails! Also the decor was really modern and elegant so it has a lovely ambience. I'll definitely be going back.

Vari Restuarant
We moved to Newington Just as the Vari opened. We have been there many times over the last 2 years..The Manager is outstanding, and a huge success.. We have never had a bad service, been kept waiting or had bad food.. I recommend this place to all my family and friends. Especially if you want to impress! When you walk in, it feels like a five star restaurant, and that feeling remains all night...The food and staff are amazing!!

Best Girlies night out
We were there last night, Saturday 18 June 2011. 8 of us has booked up and decided to meet at vari. Service was superb. The food was delicious and our waitress was very polite and sweet. The bar staff including the manager were very warm and welcoming. I can clearly see now that the reviews on Vari's website are all TRUE!!! The staff at this lovely restaurant go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying yourself. Can't wait to be back soon. A truly fantastic night!

Perfect Night Out
For my starters i had the Prawns followed by the Crab (on the shell) for my mains. My girlfriend had the Honey Chicken Tikka for the starters and a Tandoori Duck. We ordered a bottle of wine, amongst other drinks, a couple of beers and a archers and lemonade. Out total bill for the night was £52.00......BEAUTIFUL!! SUPERB SERVICE POLITE AND FRIENDLY STAFF A GREAT NIGHT OUT!! I can see why they are talking about this place so much!! A MUST GO!! Do note MISS.

FANTASTIC MANAGEMENT
I have heard that it is next to impossible to get a place on a Saturday night at Vari. Due to the popularity. However i was very very very luck to get a last minute place. The manager took my name and details, and said that he will place us on a waiting list as they were fully booked. I explained to him, that it was my parents wedding anniversary and i wanted this to be a surprise. He said that he will try his best and, within two hours we received a text message from Vari confirming our bo

Superb Evening
My brother took me to Vari on Saturday 4 June for my birthday. The restaurant was buzzing with atmosphere. Every table was taken up, there were people waiting at the bar for tables. We were luck to have booked. Despite being so busy, the food was DELICIOUS and the SERVICE was OUTSTANDING with zero delays!! I can finally see why so many people are talking about this restaurant. The staff delivered a very personal service. A 5 STAR dining experience
