About Us

N Clark Window Cleaning Ltd has been a limited company since 2009 and now has over 3500 customers across London. It had been trading as N Clark Window Cleaning Services for 5 years before that.

The men who will be working in your home have individually demonstrated their complete honesty and trustworthiness over years of professional workmanship, either for us or, for companies we have a good working relationship with. Our window cleaners are fully employed by us.

If sub-contractors do need to be bought in, they are always people who we know personally and can vouch for. Many of them Nicholas Clark has worked with, and in some cases for, before setting up the company.

Our Services

We stand by the quality of all the work we do. Over the years we have repaired and fixed many things, from tiles and window sills to, in one instance, completely relaying a roof. We have worked closely with “PH Carpentry and General Building Services", “Quick Nicks Handy Man", and “Paul Juby Specialist Contractors", and so, not only are we able to repair and fix things that go wrong, we are also well placed to help with, or advise you on, contractors to use should you have new projects you are interested in.

Window Cleaning

Window cleaning is really very simple. The vast majority of the time, and where safe to do so, there is no better way to clean a window than by getting up close and manually cleaning it by hand. The cleaner can then make sure that all the sills and frames are clean, the drips are wiped and any plants or plant boxes are removed from the sill, cleaned underneath, then replaced. If required the windows can be “Detailed"

Pure Water System

The pure water system is fast becoming the most popular method of window cleaning. Its telescopic water fed poles attached to soft bristle brush heads can be used to clean walls and windows of up to 60 feet, making it one of the safest ways to clean windows. Because of its speed, it is also generally cheaper. So if you are looking for an economical and almost completely safe window cleaning service, pure water systems are ideal.

Pressure Washing

All are vans are equipped with Powerful pressure washers.Areas that are good for high pressure cleaning are patio stone, brick walls and roof tiles. A good high pressure clean will get rid of all sorts of dirt and grime, as well as any mould or fungi which have found a damp crevice to grow in. Not only should such fungi be removed, but it is also important to apply preventative chemicals to the roof tiles or walls so that the fungi does not grow back.

Sky Lights and Velux Windows

Similar Principles apply to Sky Lights and Velux Windows as to conservatory roofs- see Conservatories on the left. The slight difference is they are often easier to access (especially Velux windows which can normally be accessed from the inside without safety equipment). Again where possible it is better to clean by hand. Where it is not possible or unsafe to do so, we may still be able to clean by hand with the use of an extension pole or from a harness in line with our approved risk assessments. Failing all of these the Pure Water System is an excellent, economical, solution. Like conservatory roofs if you have self-cleaning glass in your skylight the manufacturer will likely require that no soap solution or demineralised (pure) water be put on the chemically treated glass face. In this instance it is advised to clean the skylight by soft bristle, water fed brushes. In other words the pure water system without the pure demineralised (pure) water.

Again on the inside like conservatories we stay away from using a lot of water as dirty water can drip on furniture and walls. Unless excessively dirty we spray, rub and polish by hand using a Nova Clear solution.
