I will have to take the problems referred within that enclosed to the POLICE, if I am not informed immediately of exactly the information that has been provided to O'Grady and Dwyer of the York Council by Priory Medical Centre! O'Grady has been reported to the POLICE in this matter in which you appear to have assisted – you have not informed of the information that O'Grady had asked you for! I am making a full complaint today, because your letter dated 1st September 2010, is fabricated excuses for her absurd behaviour of your Mrs Duffy whose call to me on 14th July 2010 at 8.40 was withheld and after she refused to provide her name, I put the phone down and drove to the Priory Medical Centre in Cornlands Road to be told the call had been likely to have been made by Mrs Duffy. I have been provided with address at Hornbeam in Harrogate HG2 8RE to whom I must make my complaint! Peter Dwyer of the York Council has said your surgery have provided information about me since 2006 – please inform immediately in regard the information that you provided to the City of York Council! Perhaps next time that your surgery receives a request in writing – you will expediently reply in writing, rather than a funny phone call!
