This car park needs urgent attention as the pay machines are in an appalling state. You can only pay by card nowadays, and , as today, it swallows the ticket and refuses the credit/debit card. This is the 4th time in 2 weeks I had difficulty exiting the car park. I am disabled and like to go to the cinema, and God knows Southside and Cineworld need the money! Please look into this urgently as it is putting people going to the Shopping Centre, especially at busy times where exiting is very slow and difficult

NCP car park newark rail staion.

Parked in early morning.to go to london, Came back arr at 11 05pm. Paid charge by debit card, drove to barrier. Reader not able to read card, label taped to post with mobile number if any problems,= answer phone. Nobody else to contact, Button to call control center not working. Ring Police explained the issue. 20 mins later the barrier opened. This is not the first time Newark barrier has caused issues- this has been going on for the last 11weeks. Get it fixed NCP .

Dirty,dingy,badly-lit, floods,disabled bays wrongly sited.Risk at night to women. Meters plastered with visually messy yellow notices and suddenly overnight no cash taken.Chaos today when trying to park to access Drs. above with a disabled husband, no App, told could take out account by telephone which would take 5 minutes.It is atrocious.Will always avoid NCP anywhere after today.Car parking should be simple.Joan Thomas Epsom
