In March 2011, NRWAS replaced my existing conservatory. The workmanship of the contractors and the lack of care they showed to my property was appalling resulting in an independent survey identifying at least 13 faults with the installation (sides bowing, roof not securely fitted to the sides, rain baffle not fitted properly and so on). I won a county court judgement against them but trying to find them so that the warrant of execution can be served has proved impossible to date. I would strongly advise prospective customers to do their homework on this company, and on CEO Richard Craig and Project Manager Derek lane - niehter of whom had my interests at heart. And avoid their installers R&R. I have asked Watchdog to investigate their practice.
