Royally Ripped Off
Took my car there for service+MOT last year, I was in a hurry so they obviously saw me coming. Was charged 285 for service/MOT plus over 500 for work that needed doing for the MOT (2 rear springs + 2 rear shocks) - the work was seriously overpriced. I have just changed the spark plugs and discovered that they haven't been changed (I had an odd one in one of the cylinders from the year before that was still there). Overpriced, and they don't actually do the work they are charging you for. I wonder how much of the work they charged me for was actually done... I heartily discourage anyone from setting foot or wheel near this place.

Just avoid.
I'm not sure if it's all branches but Croydon has also been singled out for bad service on www.blagger.com. My experience there this morning was horrrendous. I'm still too stressed to talk about the 8 hour wait for an MOT booked 3 weeks in advance. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Go instead to the lovely chap on the corner.
