Terrible Customer Service regarding Refund
This is a review of the abysmal customer service, rather than the products this company offers. I have used their products in the past and was actually satisfied with the quality, and the price. Which is the reason I decided to purchase from this company again. This was a grave mistake! The package arrived without my name on it and I was unable to claim it. I contacted the company and was told that it would be sorted out, but it wasn't. So my package was returned back as unclaimed. Naturally, I asked for a refund, since the products were sent back. Half of my emails went unanswered. When my boyfriend called, he was told that instead of a refund they could send back my order. After asking for a resend, he was told I would have to pay the incurring postal fees!!! So I asked for a refund again, was asked for my credit card details again because the order was by this time old, and after giving them my credit card details I was told I cannot get a refund because the warehouse says they haven't received back my order!!! The order that was sent back as unclaimed, 4 whole months ago!!! I paid a good £78, (which is about 95 euro, by the way), was unable to claim my goods, was told by the company that it would be settled but wasn't, and was denied a refund "until they receive the parcel back".... Having read reviews of the company in other sites, it seems that it is a good company to use as long as there are no problems in the order/delivery process. Once something goes wrong, you will have to go through hell... It is, without exageration, the company with the worst customer service I personaly ever had to deal with. Save yourselves the trouble and order from companies that actually respect their customers.
