NCF Furnishings are an established family owned flooring and furniture business specializing in both vinyl and laminate flooring including many furniture ranges.
About Us
The first NCF Furnishings store was established in the heart of one of Birmingham's busiest trading quarters, over 30 years ago. The original family business specialised in the selling of quality carpets and rugs with one simple philosophy; to offer truly excellent products, at everyday affordable prices to all customers.
After the unprecedented success of the first store, the company branched out opening more and more store around the West Midlands area. Over the last 5 years the company has gone through a massive expansion due to the success of these retail stores. NCF Furnishings has gone from being a specialist carpet retailer to a leading name in furniture retail. With the opening of the flagship Perry Barr retail store, NCF began negotiating with manufacturers directly to offer discounted rates to pass on to our customers. This, along with low margins mean the we can continue to offer branded named furniture, which coincides with our company ethos.
Our Services
NCF Furnishings today have become a multi-million pound turn over company, built on the success of our customer loyalty. We have recently invested in an 100,000 square foot, state of the art distribution centre, where we hold thousand of products in stock ready for immediate delivery. With this infrastructure in place, NCF now buys from manufacturers in the container load. This process again allows our company to pass on considerable savings to our customer base.

CABOS TABLE AND CHAIRS
We have had quite a problematic few weeks in getting a Cabos Table and Chairs that is in a condition that we can say is perfect for brand new furniture. After five separate deliveries of this oak furniture I have to say that we are still not happy with the quality. I would point out that the delivery staff have been fabulous, Josh and Alex deserve a medal for giving extremely good customer service.We have had the fourth and fifth table delivered yesterday this is still not perfect and was checked by warehouse manager before it came out (2 tables delivered on same day). The one end of the table has a gap and the other end is tight so it does not sit correctly. Also it has a chunk of wood out of one of the sides.What is wrong with this furniture? Is it second quality as we have never had so much trouble when buying furniture in all of our lives! I would welcome the owners of this company to investigate the manufacturer who they are buying from. We are contemplating returning the table and chairs and getting a refund because the quality is so bad. We would add that we had to put together the chairs from several deliveries to make a good set, we shouldn't have had to do that now should we???? We have asked the Manager to come out and see what the problems are but he didn't rise to the challenge.

Excellent Place For Furniture!
NCF Furnishings is a excellent place in Birmingham they have loads of high quality furniture here and really fair on price im from Walsall west mids not far from Birmingham there is another fantastic furniture place in the west midlands and global and its called Kassa Furniture this furniture is fantastic and out this world I would highly recommend that you visit either one of these websites for great high end beautiful furniture
