John is a fantastic teacher. He taught me for seven years from day 1 right through to grade 8, providing me with the necessary technical and musical skills to eventually study at the Royal Northern College of Music with Craig Ogden and Gordon Crosskey. I now work as a successful freelance guitarist, performing throughout Britain with many of the top orchestras and ensembles. John is by far Stoke's top guitar teacher for both the beginner and advanced player. Highly recommended.
