I've read some of the so called 'excellent' reviews on this site and they've been written by the dealer himself. As everyone knows you pay attention to the poor reviews, not the made up excellent ones. Do not buy a car from this dealer they are fine when you are handing over the cash but any problems then they are very rude and unhelpful.

Terrible service, terrible attitude never known worse. Wouldn't even give them one star. Try them yourself and see, but I did warn you.

Purchased a low mileage car described as "sensational condition throughout". The brakes were dangerous and it cost over £600 to put this and other serious faults right. Also, beware of MOT certificates, when the MOT garage is connected with the car dealer!

I bought a car from this dealer with 3 months warranty. After three weeks I went to the dealer with the list of problems in the car. He agreed to get the car checked and in the afternoon when I went to collect the car he said that everything is fine with the car and there is nothing wrong. On my insistence he was rude to me and refused to listen to me. Then I went to independent dealer, they checked the car and agreed that there are lots of fault in the cars.

Do not deal with this company. They promise to get back to you and ignore your phone calls. I bought a Audi A3 and 2 days after purchasing the car the engine management light came on i spoke to him and he said he would come back to me and refusses to answer my calls and also a part he promissed to send me has never been delivered. Deal with at your own risk....

I blame myself. Passat Estate Diesel Auto 150K, 12 months MOT. Brakes shot; how this car passed it's MOT I don't know. Subsequently traced its MOT record online and saw it failed on brakes but by some miracle passed on re-test, sometimes got to wonder how much MOT testers turn a blind eye to their regular dealer customers. Returned car to have wheel bearing replaced and brakes repaired. Bearing replaced but brakes still shot: been told it was probably a module that can't be bodged up by dealer but must be replaced, costs around J800. Rude, aggressive, dishonest. I was a mug, don't be one too.

Went there as a friend told me she used them in the past but the cars were so expensive and a man spoke so rude to me and my husband. We left and will never go back.

After reading the reviews here I thought I'd add my own. Purchased a terrific Volvo S80 with only 44k and full service history for what I consider to be small change, considering the amount of motor for the money, it's a 2001 model by the way so it's not new nor nearly new, and you should always expect to spend £500 after buying a used car in the first year, after my purchase I had fitted 4 new quality tyres and had both front suspension drop links replaced due to a clunk from the N/S one, total cost came in at @ 400 quid, a new mot to boot at £35.00. All of this done the very next day.I think it's important to realize that when buying a used vehicle some expense will be involved if you want to make the car right, personally I thought the owner was OK,

I havent bought a car from this garage yet but I've had a look at their website and the selection of cars looks good and very reasonably priced. I work at the council and neil mcnab (the one who has left a negative review) is a regular complainant! he has taken the council to the financial ombudsman before over his mistake . He's known in our department as 'nutty mcnab!

I bought my honda civic from them, within a week I found it had a horrible noise. I took it back to them under warrenty and they happily looked at it, found the problem and fixed it. I am pleased with the service I received.
