Non Receipt of Goods

I placed an order on netprotein,com for 2 x Powerbeck - Whey Protein 2.2kg (Banana), at £29.99 per tub, coming to £59.98. After completing the required fields on the checkout form (delivery address etc.), I paid using Paypal. Everything ran smoothly, until I was retuned to netprotein.com. A loading circle appeared stating that it was verifying my payment (despite Paypal sending me an email receipt moments beforehand). I waited around 20 minutes or so before it eventually timed itself out. I didn't receive an order number or an order confirmation via email (which they say they provide in their terms and conditions). The only evidence I had of my order, was the payment I made through Paypal. At first, I was only interested in confirming that they had received my order, but after many failed attempts to try and contact the seller (I had not one reply to my countless emails and both phone numbers they provide cut off straight away), I opened up a dispute in Paypal. After two weeks of battling, I managed to get my money back. Netprotein.com remained silent the entire time. Please use a trusted seller to buy your products. I hope my experience will help others.
